NEPEAN SKIPS IS 100% OPEN FOR BUSINESS AND TRADING AS NORMAL, WE ARE NOT PART OF ANY GOVERNMENT SHUT DOWN AND LOOK FORWARD TO SUPPLYING OUR SERVICES TO VALUED CUSTOMERS.
Is there a height limit on what I can put into a bin?
Every bin has a maximum fill level, this is indicated on the side of the skip or hooklift bin. Items cannot be loaded above this line and nothing can be left protruding out the top of the bin. We have to adhere to very strict regulations and ensure transporting your bin is safe for other road users. This means everything must be safely stowed in the bin so that the tarp can be secured, making sure nothing can fly out while in transit.
Is a permit required?
Bins situated within your property do not require a permit. If it is to be placed outside on the road or on the nature-strip a permit will be necessary. True Bin Hire make the process simple and straightforward by arranging the permit with the council and any necessary insurance. The permit is an additional cost. These charges vary from council to council
Am I able to source my own permit?
No. We directly deal with the appropriate council. We will organise the permit and arrange insurance for you.
What is the standard time frame for bin hire?
The standard length of time is three or four days. This can be negotiated when ordering your bin if needed.
